Every summer workers from the European Union come to a farm in North Devon to harvest hundreds of acres of wheat. The wheat is cut and made into sheaves which are then stacked into stooks to dry. Once dry the back breaking work starts to gather all the sheaves and make them into large bails which are stored until sold.
